Red Lab Media is a digital agency located in Pittsburgh, PA. We offer website design, web marketing, email hosting, web hosting, Odoo software implementation, and custom web application services for businesses and community organizations.

We developed our core team in 1996 and have built hundreds of custom web applications and websites for companies in numerous industries. In 2012 we changed our name from Creative Web Technologies and rebranded ourselves as Red Lab Media to reflect our growing market experience as well as the constant evolution of our company.

Our mission is to make web-based technology accessible and affordable to small business and local community organizations. We not only want small businesses and organizations to be able to benefit from all the available technology and web marketing we have to offer but also help them to understand the processes and how it can help grow their company. In short, our mission is our customer and providing them with affordable tools that can help them achieve the success that they strive for.

Meet Our Team

Bruce Letterle, Managing Director

Founder and chief visionary, Bruce is the driving force behind Red Lab Media after a 40+ year career in IT services in Pittsburgh. He manages all aspects of the company, including Marketing, Sales, and Project Management.

Russ Schneider, Developer

Russ is our longest-tenured staff member, having worked for us since the early 2000s. He handles all of our custom application development, builds websites, and manages our servers.

Shilpa Singh, Web Designer

Shilpa is our Graphic Designer with extensive experience Designing websites on various platforms like Wordpress, Joomla, Duda, Wix etc.
